This is what I have for breakfast,: First I take a cop coffe, and then I have 100 gram of oat, with 30 gram Whey from PF, and 3 egg, but I only eat 1 yolk.

Early morning, and I'm working.

I'm up to make my finale presentation in Powerpoint for next years Viking Power Challenge.
So I start with a cop of coffe.

At age 47 my great friend Viggo is doing a comeback. At the Atlantic City Pro Show sept. 12-13 in the master division.

My training
Monday
This is a day of rest, well I do 30 min of Spinning, or walking in the morning.
Then its 5 hours of Dialyse.
In the afternoon I do 20 min abs in the gym.
Tuesday
Hamstring & back
I do 2 kind of legcurl, and for back deadlift and 3-4 other exercises.
And everyday in the gym I finish of with 15 min Treadmill.
Wednesday
Same routin as Monday.
Thursday
Arms
I do 2-3 different exercises for biceps, and same for triceps. By the way, I never count reps or set.
Friday
Legs
This is my hardest day since I have 5 hours of hospital before training.
Squat is the name of the game, I still love it.
Saturday
Rest
Sunday

Just back from training, but forgot to bring the camera. Well had a medium work out today.
The plan is to start train hard again from tomorrow after a week with medium work outs.
Legs yesterday !

Trained legs yesterday, but had no energi after 2 sets of Squat, 8 reps with 180 kg

I am back !

Hello everybody I think its about time to start to use this blogg again. I will hold a update on my training, diet, and day to day life. Just now I'm up for a coffe and some cardio and abs. And I got the whole house by my self :-)
