This Saturday Svend had party with his long time good friends !!!

I was in Kristiansand together with my good friend, Helene Rask. We stayed at my good
friend, Silje's house and was out until 6...... Sunday morning......

17th of May there will be naked ??? chicks in the spa-drinking- Christal Champagne

I dag var jeg hos min kiropraktor, Bent Jacobsen ved Åssiden kiropraktorsenter.
Både Svend og jeg bruker Bent "hyppig" i vår del av treningen.
Bent har lang "fartstid" som praktiserende kiropraktor. Han har reddet Svend fra mer et
dårlig stevne resultat. Å få komme hjem privat til kiropraktoren sin kl.23.00 på kvelden
kalles EXTRA service !!!.
Så mye og stor mengde trening som jeg kjører kroppen min gjennom nå-er det
alfa og omega med jevnlig "kontroll" av kroppens bevegelses apparat, nerver og muskler !!!
Ved feil i selve det fysiske bev. apparatet vil man trene og belaste kroppen feil, noe som igjen vil resultere
i skader over en kortere eller lengre periode. Husk at kroppen består av så mye mer enn "bare" muskler, sener og ledd. Nervebaner og nervesystemet vårt er et "skjult" nettverk som  må fungere optimalt for et optimalt resultat  gitt i resultater. Selv finner jeg anatomi og fysiologi, kost og ernæring utrolig lærerikt og intressant.
jeg vil anbefale dere som trener mye og målrettet til å lese anatomi, fysiologi som en del av den totale tiden dere legger i resultat orientert trening. En mer "komplett" forståelse for kroppens funksjoner vil kunne gi deg et størrre og bedre bilda av hvorfor kroppen reagerer slik den gjør !.
Noen som har hørt om Cortisol ????? Et høyt cortisol-spegl ????.......Hva vil dette gjøre med meg ????

Jeg vil anbefale på det sterkeste, og varmeste en tur til kiropraktoren der du bor !!!
Ikke alle er så heldige å kunne få benytte seg av Bent - men det finnes mange dyktige kiropraktorer i Norges land.
Kan f.eks anbefale Ola Ottem i Kristisansand. Han brukte vi når vi bodde der i 8 år. Meget dyktig mann med stor kunnskap ! Pappa kom seg til og med til Ola etter ca 30 års tid med vond rygg......er ikke farlig vet du !!

Easter dinner with the whole family Bjørn/Nina Ødegård !
We got served a FANTASTIC meet dinner made by Nina and Bjørn !!!
The whole family was seated, Mona, Marie, Morten, Nina, Bjørn, Svend and me, Lene Alexandra.

The winner of NSM 2008 will recive a full size tanning bed from POWERTAN!!!
We have also got one in our house now-damn-everybody should have a tanning bad in home ?????!!!!!
Don't overdo this now Lene..... :) Svend has problems to fit into the size......so he will have to
stay pale !!!!! ?????
Too much tanning is not good for your skin-but 2 x 15 minutes a week is just recommended here in Norway
with use of tanning glasses and normal sense and care !!!!

This easter Svend Alexander got visit from his best friend, Brage and his dad, Truls
from Kristiansand. We lived next door to Brage, and the two boys started in the same school class.
Svend Alexander misses Brage so much-still !!!
It's amazing-the two boys can play for 48 hours without any questions !!!
Svend took Brage, Truls and Alexander to Gol in Hallindag to visit one of Svend's best
friends, Anders Eidsgaard and his family.

Jippi-Jahuuu !. Now I don't have to leave the house to hit the dumbells !!!

Now I have to go to bed-up 05.15 tomorrow for spinning. Than I will drive to
Kristiansand and train arms at Spicheren and meet good friends.
On Saturday I will visit Showlift for some pictures of the boys for blogging !
I want to go back home ASAP- today I got my own gym with dumbells from 5-20 kg from GYM2000.

Well-this is how Egil sees me in training......
Today it was back training-no deadlift !!!
Egil told me he was impressed.......don't know what that really means ???!!!
But he says he can see me loosing bodyfat from last time he saw me.....2,5 weeks ago !
I still hold the same weight-but are in better shape now.....finally I can see some results !
I'm getting stronger now-and I tood Odd Haugens advice; Lene you have to start to lift again !!!
I look  so forward to the 29th March.......I will eat a lot of candy, sodas and heart attack food.....!!!
Back again on diet and hard training until late August on the 30.03. .........!!!!!

Today we met with Dag Inge and Jarle !
The best TV Team ever !!!
We also have a new project in planning now......Can't tell you anything yet !!!

This weekend I went to Warszawa to look at something........
I stayed at Hilton Warszawa-a beautyful hotel with TechnoGym. Spa,Swimming pool etc.
I went to this gym for training-and in the cab back home I just missed a huge
billboard poster with Mariusz, in "Dancing with the stars 2008 Poland ". You see some
of the stars......
Jarek Dymek also took us to a 7 hours Tecno party with 10.000 people indoor in a huge arena
where they in 2004 arr.Europe Strongest Man. In the hall I saw pictures of Jark and Mariusz
from the contest !
WAW was a great city !!!

Well-too bed we don't have Polish tv in Norway I say.....
This would have been fantastic tv !!!
